Vibromuscular Harmonisation Technique, or VHT, is a revolutionary bodywork technique for addressing strains and pain. It is a holistic, non diagnostic discipline consisting of a series of gentle, non-invasive moves over muscle or connective soft tissues covering the body from head to toe.

VHT was developed by Jock Ruddock of the world renowned Equine Touch, who first studied with qualified and respected Bowen Technique instructors, and then developed new, effective principles for relaxing and balancing the body.

VHT typically addresses the whole body, and the moves made (through clothes) on a treatment couch aid the body to re-attain a state of proper energy balance. Even after a single session many clients will notice a very positive change in their posture and how they feel.

The energy in the body which is released during VHT moves, and which was previously wasted in unnecessary tension, is made available to address and heal any problems which the client has. Sometimes clients are stuck in mental and/or physical structures and patterns, which may be the cause of frozen shoulders, back pains, migraines etc.

The large number of moves in a VHT session, which typically takes up to one hour, tend to disrupt the old physical pattern in the client's body, which is then pushed towards re-establishing balance.

A VHT session is a unique and relaxing experience which can transform your bodily well-being.
