Who want to gain more insight into the 'correct thinking' on the tennis court i.e. developing winning strategies, tactics and mental toughness to take them to the next level i.e. to move from recreational tennis to playing competitively. So instead of just turning up to play, there is some planning (knowledge of your strengths and weaknesses including your opponents) and awareness of how to handle the mental and emotional pressures of competing.
We also run similar weekend courses to improve match play for adults. For information return to the menu.

Feedback from some of the juniors on our Tennis Courses
“ I met loads of really nice people. My mental side of tennis has really improved; I can now focus and think much more positively about my game. The coaching is really good and I had a really enjoyable week”
“This course is really useful if you get negative thoughts as they help turn your negative thoughts into positive. Also it is a good opportunity to meet new friends and to practice your tennis before the tennis season starts. It helps you improve your technical skills and tactical skill, whilst still being fun”
“Everyone was very approachable. Food was exceptional. Alexia and Charlotte are both great, easy to talk to and very good teachers. Confidence and emotional control has improved considerably. Good for people who are quite negative when it comes to sport.”
“It is very good to get you playing tennis again. Also you learn much more about the play. You don’t just do shots, you also do the mental side which helps you concentrate.”
“The Tennis Camp is a great opportunity to meet new people whilst improving your game. The food is excellent and the coaches are five star. A chance not to be missed! Very well organized
